BID SCHEDULE. Sumner agrees to include the Water Infrastructure plans prepared by Puyallup in the Project Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) set, listing the Water Infrastructure work within the Project contract documents as a separate bid schedule. Sumner will analyze bids received for the Project, including the Water Infrastructure, and award the contract to the lowest responsible overall bidder with the lowest overall responsive bid as required by RCW 39.04.010.
BID SCHEDULE. To effectuate the purpose of this agreement, the City of Xxxxxx agrees to include a separate bid schedule for the Water Main Relocation Project related work in Xxxxxx'x solicitation for bids on the Bridge Project. Sumner will prepare a Plans, Specifications and Estimate ("PSE") package that will address Water Main Relocation Project aspects of the Bridge Project, which shall include details addressing all aspects of the Water Main Relocation Project work. Prior to advertising, Sumner will submit a proposed PSE package for the water main work to Puyallup for its review and approval, which shall not be unreasonably delayed or withheld.
