Beginning of Year Duties. BY o print labels and set up attendance files for all students o add student names to activities for various clubs or groups-i.e. FFA, Travel Club, FBLA, Key Club, etc o add items to Outlook calendar o verify and add new information to sub folder o set up new informational and correspondence files for the year o check status of students that are registered for classes but do not show o assist with picture day by performing the following tasks  co-ordinate with middle school to create schedule times for pictures and fax information to Xxxxxxx  select student helpers for picture day and make sure they have teacher approval to participate  print student information for Xxxxxxx  fax late orders, if necessary  assist with the distribution of student ID cards  import pictures into Skyward as needed

  • Beginning Date Both parties agree that negotiations for a new contract shall commence no later than 30 days after ratification of the current collective bargaining agreement in a good faith effort to reach a contract. The Association agrees to give the Board notice of intent to negotiate a contract a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the contract in force at the time and also notify Public Employees Relations Commission in writing of this intent.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.

  • Beginning (i) no earlier than eleven (11) weeks before the expected birth date, and

  • Meal Period A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.

  • Fiscal Year; Taxable Year The fiscal year and the taxable year of the Company is the calendar year.

  • Transitional Period At the end of the transitional period as defined in Article 10(2) of the Directive, the contracting parties shall cease to apply the withholding/retention tax and revenue sharing provided for in this Agreement and shall apply in respect of the other contracting party the automatic exchange of information provisions in the same manner as is provided for in Chapter II of the Directive. If during the transitional period either of the contracting parties elects to apply the automatic exchange of information provisions in the same manner as is provided for in Chapter II of the Directive it shall no longer apply the withholding/retention tax and the revenue sharing provided for in Article 9 of this Agreement.

  • week period If an employee fails to return at the end of the family care or medical leave, the CSU may require repayment of insurance premiums paid during the unpaid portion of the leave. The CSU shall not require repayment of premiums if the employee's failure to return is due to his/her serious health condition or due to circumstances beyond the employee's control.

  • Compensation for Holidays Worked a. With the exception of the provisions in Section C.2.b., below, an employee required to work on a holiday listed above shall be paid at the employee's regular straight-time rate of pay for the hours actually worked. In addition, an eligible employee shall receive either compensatory time off or holiday pay at the option of the University at the regular straight-time rate, including any shift differential.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.

  • Effective Period This Agreement shall become effective as of the date first written above and will continue in effect for a period of three (3) years.
