  • Completion Dates The Recipient agrees to complete each Project within the time periods specified in the Underlying Agreement and all activities must be completed by the Award’s end date, unless FTA agrees in writing to extend the end date. Unless FTA determines otherwise in writing, interim milestone dates and other completion dates applicable to the Award are good faith estimates and are not intended to be firm contractual requirements. However, FTA and the Recipient agree that milestone dates and other completion dates for Full Funding Grant Agreements, Small Starts Grant Agreements or other specific agreements in which FTA expressly states that the milestone dates or other completion dates for the Underlying Agreement are firm dates that may be enforced.

  • Commencement and Completion The Work shall commence on _______________, 20__ and shall be complete in accordance with this Agreement without delay on ______________, 20__. The term “day”, used throughout this Agreement, refers to calendar days. Contractor shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for any Permitted Delays. If this Agreement is not signed and returned to the Owner before any work commences, this Agreement will be considered as accepted as presented to the Contractor.

  • Completion Date The Work under this Contract shall be completed by midnight of the date required in the Contract as the Material Completion and Occupancy Date unless extended by approved requests for extension of time.

  • Stage 2 (a) The employee may file a grievance in writing with his/her supervisor specifying the clause or clauses in this Agreement alleged to have been violated.

  • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.

  • Stage 1 (a) An aggrieved Employee shall first submit her representation in writing to her Supervisor or designate either directly or through her Union Xxxxxxx. Any such grievance shall be presented within 10 Working Days of the time when the circumstances giving rise to the grievance were known or ought to have been known to the Employee. Such representations shall state the nature of the grievance, the remedy sought and any provisions of the Agreement upon which the grievance is based.

  • Phase 2 Phase 2 is expected to consist of Member Nodes and a select number of Nodes operated by non-Members. The non-Member Nodes will be required to comply with Node hosting terms as set forth by the Council, which may be amended from time to time (the “General Node Terms”).
