AVIATION AUTHORITY when used with respect to any jurisdiction, the government entity that, under the laws of such jurisdiction, has control over civil aviation or the registration, airworthiness or operation of civil aircraft in such jurisdiction. Balance of the Final Contract Price – means the amount payable by the Buyer to the Seller on the Delivery Date for an Aircraft after deducting from the Final Contract Price for such Aircraft the amount of all Predelivery Payments received by the Seller from the Buyer in respect of such Aircraft on or before the Delivery Date for such Aircraft. Base Price – for any Aircraft, Airframe, SCNs or Propulsion Systems, as more completely defined in Clause 3.1 of this Agreement. Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) – for any Aircraft, all the items of equipment that will be furnished by the Buyer and installed in the Aircraft by the Seller, as defined in the Specification. Customer Originated Changes (COC) – Buyer-originated data that are introduced into Seller’s Technical Data and Documentation, as more completely set forth in Clause 14.9.3 of this Agreement. Delivery – the transfer of title and tender of possession of the Aircraft from the Seller to the Buyer, in accordance with Clause 9. Delivery Date – the date on which Delivery will occur.
