AUTOMATED BANKING MACHINES. You may use the card at automated banking machines and terminals designated by the Bank to withdraw monies: the total amount of which can not exceed $500 (for Visa Business, Line, Black, Reward Me and Dollars cards) or $1 000 (for Visa Gold Explore and Infinite cards) per day. Cash advances withdrawn at an automated banking machine or terminal may not exceed the unused portion of the credit limit and shall be repaid in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. You agree to comply with the Bank’s instructions and guidelines regarding the use of the card and automated banking machines. Except as otherwise provided in Paragraphs 9 (Your Liability) and 16 (Responsibility for Debt), the use of automated banking machines or of the card is solely at your risk, and the Bank is in no way responsible for accidents, assaults, thefts, losses, damages or inconveniences that you may suffer from the use of an automated banking machine or from a malfunction thereof, whether or not the machine is located on Bank property. The Bank's statements and records pertaining to any automated banking machine transactions shall be proof of the executed transactions.
AUTOMATED BANKING MACHINES. The Authorized User may use the Card at automated banking machines and terminals designated by the Bank to withdraw amounts not exceeding $500 per day. Cash Advances withdrawn at an automated banking machine may not exceed the unused portion of the Credit Limit and shall be repaid in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. The Account Holder will comply with the Bank’s instructions and guidelines regarding the use of the Card and automated banking machines. Notwithstanding article 5 (Responsibility for Debt) and article 16 (Account Holder’s liability), the use of automated banking machines or of the Card is solely at the risk of the Account Holder, and the Bank is in no way responsible for accidents, assaults, thefts, losses, damages or inconveniences that the Account Holder may suffer from the use of an automated banking machine or from a malfunction thereof, whether or not the machine is located on Bank property. The Bank’s statements and records pertaining to any automated banking machine transactions shall be proof of the executed transactions.
AUTOMATED BANKING MACHINES. I may use my Card together with my PIN to make transactions on the Account at those banking machines and terminals which display the Visa logo, and at any other banking machines and terminals you designate from time to time, subject to my agreement with you governing the use of my PIN. I acknowledge that I may make Cash Advances until I reach my Credit Limit. After this maximum is reached, additional requests for Cash Advances will be declined until I make a payment on my Account.
AUTOMATED BANKING MACHINES. A Corporate Cardholder may use their Card together with their Personal Security Code to make transactions on their Account at those banking machines and terminals you operate and at any other banking machines or terminals you designate from time to time, subject to your agreement with them governing the use of their Personal Security Code.
AUTOMATED BANKING MACHINES. (“ABMs”): I and my Associate may use a Card, together with a PIN to obtain Cash Advances on the Account at those participating ABMs displaying the Card Networks’ logos, or such other logos as you may notify to me from time to time, subject to the terms of this Agreement governing the use of PINs. You may vary from time to time the amount of a Cash Advance I can obtain from an ABM. You will not be liable to me for any loss or damages I may suffer because of my use of an ABM or because of any failure to provide ABM, online or telephone banking services (where applicable).
AUTOMATED BANKING MACHINES. The availability of ABM services and the Cash Advance amount you can withdraw each day may vary from time to time and without prior notice to you. We are not liable if ABM services are not available or for any loss or damage you may suffer because of your use of an ABM.
