ATM Transaction Fees. You understand that withdrawals from network ATMs may be subject to Credit Union fees as disclosed in the Schedule of Fees and Charges. When you use an ATM not owned by us, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator and/or any network used (and you may be charged a fee for a balance inquiry even if you do not complete a funds transfer). Any fees charged will be deducted from your checking or savings account.

  • Transaction Fees The State of Florida, through the Department of Management Services, has instituted MyFloridaMarketPlace, a statewide eProcurement system pursuant to section 287.057(22), F.S. All payments issued by Customers to registered Vendors for purchases of commodities or contractual services will be assessed Transaction Fees as prescribed by rule 60A-1.031, F.A.C., or as may otherwise be established by law. Vendors must pay the Transaction Fees and agree to automatic deduction of the Transaction Fees when automatic deduction becomes available. Vendors will submit any monthly reports required pursuant to the rule. All such reports and payments will be subject to audit. Failure to comply with the payment of the Transaction Fees or reporting of transactions will constitute grounds for declaring the Vendor in default and subject the Vendor to exclusion from business with the State of Florida.

  • Transaction Fee In connection with the creation or redemption of Creation Units, the Transfer Agent shall charge, and the Participant agrees to pay, the Transaction Fee prescribed in the Prospectus and such additional amounts as may be prescribed pursuant to the Prospectus.   • Termination Fees It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the Energy you consume that is supplied by XOOM. In addition, you must also pay us any outstanding payment obligations you have incurred under this Contract that remain unpaid, including related wire service, distribution and administration fees, and all applicable Taxes up to the termination date. If you do not pay us the amounts owing by the date indicated, we will charge you the Late Payment Charge.

  • Foreign Transaction Fee If you make a Purchase or Cash Advance in a foreign currency, it will be billed to you in U.S. dollars.   • ATM Fees If you use an ATM to obtain a cash advance and the ATM is not operated by us, you may be charged an ATM surcharge by the ATM operator or an ATM network utilized for such a transaction. The ATM surcharge may be charged to your account if you complete the transaction.

  • Inspection Fees The Developer agrees to pay the inspection fees as required by fee schedule established by Teton County for its Planning and Building Department.
