Assigned employees qualified under Article. 10.4 and who are not required to work on a general holiday shall be paid eight hours' pay at the straight time rate of their regular assignment. If such employees are temporarily assigned to a higher rated position coincidental with the date of a general holiday, they shall be paid eight hours' pay at the straight time rate of the higher rated position to which assigned.

  • How Are Distributions From a Traditional IRA Taxed for Federal Income Tax Purposes Amounts distributed to you are generally includable in your gross income in the taxable year you receive them and are taxable as ordinary income. To the extent, however, that any part of a distribution constitutes a return of your nondeductible contributions, it will not be included in your income.
