Assessment Statement. Set out the manner in which a jurisdictional section of the relevant international register will be developed and implemented. In particular applicants should: • Show how it is determined that registrants on the international register either hold a qualification accredited under a relevant Accord, or that substantial equivalence as required by the Agreement has been demonstrated. Guidance Annex 2 sets out possible means for demonstrating substantial equivalence. • By reference to the previous section, show how it will be determined that registrants have demonstrated the professional engineering competence for independent practice as a requirement of registration, licensure or other equivalent recognition in the jurisdiction; and • Show how it will be verified that registrants have gained a minimum of seven years practical experience since graduation; and • Show how it will be verified that registrants have spent at least two years in responsible charge of significant engineering work; and • Show how it will be verified that registrants have maintained their continuing professional development at a satisfactory level, and • Show how it will be verified that candidates accept an obligation to adhere to a suitable code of ethical conduct including clauses requiring that, when undertaking engineering activities, the individuals shall: o Not misrepresent their educational qualifications or professional titles, o Accept appropriate responsibility for their work and that carried out under their supervision, o Ensure that they only undertake tasks for which they are competent o Respect the personal rights of people with whom they work and the legal and cultural values of the societies in which they carry out assignments, o Avoid conflicts of interest, observe proper duties of confidentiality, not accept or give inducements, and consider the public interest and be prepared to contribute to public debate on matters of technical understanding in fields in which they are competent to comment, and must take reasonable steps to: o Maintain their relevant competences at the necessary level, o Provide impartial analysis and judgement to employers, o Prevent avoidable danger to health and safety, and o Minimise foreseeable and avoidable impacts on the environment. • Show how it will be verified that registrants are within the responsibility of the jurisdiction, , and • How the jurisdictional section of the register will be maintained up to date, including relevant ways to ...

E-2.2), an assessment report to the Chief Electoral Officer and the Minister setting out relevant ways to improve the trial and addressing, in particular, the following points : — the preparations for the election (choice of the new method of voting, communications plan, etc.) ; — the conduct of the advance poll and the poll ; — the cost of using the electronic voting system : – the cost of adapting election procedures ; – non-recurrent costs likely to be amortized ; – a comparison between the actual polling costs and the estimated polling costs using the new methods of voting and the projected cost of holding the general election on November 2nd 2003 using traditional methods ; — the number and duration of incidents during which voting was stopped, if any ; — the advantages and disadvantages of using the new method of voting ; — the results obtained during the addition of the votes and the correspondence between the number of ballot paper cards issued to the deputy returning officers and the number of ballot paper cards returned used and unused ; — the examination of rejected ballot papers, if it has been completed.

  • Closing Statement (a) At least five (5) business days prior to the Closing Date, the Company shall submit to Buyer a written statement of estimated Current Assets and Current Liabilities as of the last day of the month immediately preceding the Closing Date (the "Estimated Closing Statement") containing the Company's good faith estimate of the Net Working Capital Amount (the "Estimated Net Working Capital Amount"), which shall reflect the items required to be set forth in, and be prepared in a manner consistent with the preparation of, the Closing Statement, in each case in accordance with Section 4.6(b); provided, however, that for purposes of the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount, the parties hereto agree that 50% of the amount of Fuel Sensor Damages (x) actually expended by Parent or the Company from March 1, 2011 through the last day of the month immediately preceding the Closing Date and (y) accrued as current liabilities on the Estimated Closing Statement, shall be added as a credit to the estimated Net Working Capital Amount set forth on the Estimated Closing Statement. Commencing with the Company's delivery of the Estimated Closing Statement to Buyer, Buyer shall have reasonable access to the books and records and personnel of the Company and the opportunity to consult with the Company for purposes of confirming or disputing the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount. If Buyer shall disagree, in good faith, with any item set forth in the Estimated Closing Statement or used to determine the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount, then Buyer and the Company shall work, in good faith, to reach agreement on such disputed items and the amounts as agreed to by Buyer and the Company shall constitute the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buyer's agreement with the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount (or any item set forth in the Estimated Closing Statement or used to determine the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount) shall not foreclose, prevent, limit or preclude any rights or remedy of Buyer set forth in this Agreement. If the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount is less than the Target Net Working Capital Amount, the amount of the Closing Payment to be paid by Buyer pursuant to Section 4.1(b)(i) shall be reduced by an amount equal to the difference between the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount and the Target Net Working Capital Amount. If the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount is more than the Target Net Working Capital Amount, the amount of the Closing Payment to be paid by Buyer pursuant to Section 4.1(b)(i) shall be increased by an amount equal to the difference between the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount and the Target Net Working Capital Amount.

  • Billing Statement The billing statement shall show the work authorization number for each work authorization included in the billing, the total amount earned to the date of submission, and the amount due and payable as of the date of the current billing statement for each work authorization. If THE CUSTOMER does not object to such Account Statement after 10 days of having elapsed from the cut-off date, it shall be deemed accepted by the CUSTOMER, and its debit or credit balances shall be final on the date of the account. Claims against other types of communications shall be submitted to THE BANK immediately. All claims shall be in writing and the absence of a claim shall be construed as a sign of conformity of the CUSTOMER.  The presentation or remittance of the Account Statement constitutes a request to THE BANK for the CUSTOMER to give its conformity with the performed liquidation.   • Monthly Statement The Contractor shall submit a statement to the Engineer at the end of each month, in a tabulated form approved by the Engineer, showing the amounts to which the Contractor considers himself to be entitled.   • Physician's Statement Employees requesting Temporary Disability Leave shall submit to the Chief, through the chain of command, a written statement from their physician verifying their condition, recommending limited duty or leave of absence, and describing their limitations and prognosis. The Chief may refer employees for additional evaluation of their condition. A written medical release from a physician shall be submitted prior to an employee's return to full or limited duty.

  • Monthly Billing Statements The Engineer shall request reimbursement of costs incurred by submitting the original and one copy of an itemized billing statement in a form acceptable to the State. The Engineer is authorized to submit requests for reimbursement no more frequently than monthly and no later than ninety (90) days after costs are incurred.
