ARTICLE APPOINTMENT OF REPRESENTATIVES. The Employer acknowledges the right of the Alliance to appoint employees as representatives. The Employer and the Alliance shall determine the number of representatives and the jurisdiction of each representative, having regard to the plan of organization, the distribution of employees at the work place and the administrative structure implied by the grievance procedure covered by this Agreement.   • Appointment of Representatives 6.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint employees as Representatives of the Union.

The Representative may pursue such remedies notwithstanding that the Representative does not have physical possession of the Notes and without naming the Holders as parties.

  • Initial Appointments The Company appoints the Trustee as the initial Paying Agent, the initial Registrar and the initial Conversion Agent.
