APPOINTMENT OF CUSTODIAN; CUSTODIAL SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY SUBCUSTODIAN. 1. Customer hereby appoints the Custodian as custodian to hold and maintain certain property consisting of the metals described in the attached Addendum A (the “Precious Metals”) and which are specified in each authenticated trade instruction sent by the Customer or it’s Authorized Representative to the Custodian.

  • Appointment of Custodian On behalf of each of its Portfolios, each Fund hereby employs and appoints the Custodian as a custodian, subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Each Fund shall deliver to the Custodian, or shall cause to be delivered to the Custodian, cash, securities and other assets owned by each of its Portfolios from time to time during the term of this Agreement and shall specify to which of its Portfolios such cash, securities and other assets are to be specifically allocated.

  • Custodial Services The charges and expenses of the custodian appointed by the Trust for custodial services;

  • SUB-CUSTODIANS Upon receipt of Proper Instructions, the Custodian shall on behalf of a Fund appoint one or more banks, trust companies or other entities located in the United States and designated in the Proper Instructions to act as a sub-custodian for the purposes of effecting such transactions as may be designated by the Fund in the Proper Instructions. The Custodian may place and maintain each Fund’s foreign securities with foreign banking institution sub-custodians employed by the Custodian or foreign securities depositories, all in accordance with the applicable provisions of Sections 4 and 5. An entity acting in the capacity of Underlying Transfer Agent is not an agent or sub-custodian of the Custodian for purposes of this Agreement.
