This Agreement shall apply to employees of the Company (as defined) for the period that such employees are engaged to perform plumbing and mechanical services works and/or miscellaneous work (as defined). This Agreement shall cover wages and conditions for all employees so employed. This Agreement shall be complaint with the ‘National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry’ (the Code) and the ‘Australian Government implementation Guidelines’, reissued June 2006 (the Guidelines). Should this Agreement be none compliant with the Code and Guidelines, the parties undertake to vary the Agreement as soon a possible.
APPLICATION AND INCIDENCE OF AGREEMENT. (a) This Agreement shall apply at the establishment of Hettich Australia – 0 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Smithfield NSW and shall apply to all stores personnel, engaged in receiving, picking, packing and despatching Hettich products – from their Smithfield warehouse. This Agreement shall be read in conjunction with the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries (State) Award and where the Agreement is silent the provision of the Award shall prevail.
APPLICATION AND INCIDENCE OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall apply to all employees of Australian Cement Holdings Pty Limited (referred to in this Agreement as the "Company", "Australian Cement" or "Australian Cement Kandos") who are engaged in or in connection with the manufacture and distribution of cement and cementitious products at the Company’s operations at Kandos and who fall within scope and incidence of the Cement Industry (State) Award.
