Annual Bid. In addition to the vacancy bid, an annual bid shall be held during the 21 first week of November of each year for voluntary bidding. These transfers would go into 22 effect after January 1st and be completed by January 15th. Within five (5) days of the annual 23 bid, Local 3372 shall notify the Chief of the outcome of said bid. When movement or transfer 24 is voluntary and not a “forced transfer” as a result of a promotion, staffing increase, or new 25 assignment, the district will not be required to pay overtime.
Annual Bid. It is agreed between the Company and the Union that once each year in the month of March all office employees on the active seniority list may bid to transfer to other jobs providing they have the necessary qualifications and seniority as provided in Section 19.1.

Annual Bid. Effective August 1, 2024, the Employer shall, by August 1st of each year, establish the date in October that the Annual Bid shall be held. The Parties agree to meeting outside of collective bargaining to discuss and implement a streamlined vacation bid process acceptable to both the Company and the Union.
Annual Bid. A master bid for all positions shall be posted each January. There shall be a separate bid for full-time and part-time employees. The bid shall become effective on the first full week of February following the bid. Subsequent transfer between facilities covered by this agreement shall be limited to those exceptions listed in this Section. There will be a thirty (30) minute gap between each bid commencing with the senior employee. The employee will be required to fill his/her bid even if they are not scheduled to work the day or time of their scheduled bid. In the event the employee misses his/her window, they shall forfeit their bid and accept what remains at the time of their selection. The bid will start at 8:00 am and end at 5:30 pm each day of the master bid process.
