AND RULES. 4.1 All Exchange Traded Options Business shall be effected in accordance with all laws, rules and regulatory directions (“Rules”) applying to Delta Asia. This Rules includes the Options Trading Rules of SEHK, the Clearing Rules of SEOCH and the rules of HKSCC. In particular, SEOCH has authority under the Laws and Rules to make adjustments to the terms of Contracts, and Delta Asia shall notify you of any such adjustments which affect Client Contracts to which you are a party. All actions taken by Delta Asia, by the SEHK, by SEOCH or by the HKSCC in accordance with such Rules shall be binding on you.
AND RULES. 5.1 All Transactions shall be effected in accordance with all laws, rules and regulatory directions applying to CAL. This includes, without limitation, the rules of the SEHK, SFC and HKSCC. All actions taken by CAL in accordance with such laws, rules and directions shall be binding on the Client.
AND RULES. The Lessee (member) is solely responsible for the conduct of the family and guests on the premises incidental to or during the time of the lease. The Lessee (member) must be present on the premises at all times during the lease period. The Lessee (member) agrees to be responsible for strict observance and adherence by Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx’s family and guests of all rules and regulations of Lessor regarding use of and conduct on the leased premises. Xxxxxx is responsible for making sure that adequate adult supervision is provided for functions held for persons 18 or under. The Lessee and the Lessee’s guests/family/visitors are responsible for adhering to all facility rules as outlined on the attached Rules.
