Amendment to Schedule 2. 1(a). Effective as of the First Amendment Effective Date, Schedule 2.1(a) to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended, restated and replaced in its entirety by Schedule 2.1(a) attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 2. 01. Schedule 2.01 to the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by Schedule 2.01 attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 2. 1(a) Schedule 2.1(a) of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as attached as Exhibit B.
Amendment to Schedule 2. 01. Schedule 2.01 to the Credit Agreement shall be and it hereby is amended in its entirety and replaced with Schedule 2.01 attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 2. Schedule 2 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the new Schedule 2 attached to the end of this Amendment.
Amendment to Schedule 2. 01. Schedule 2.01 is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as set forth on Schedule 2.01 attached to this Amendment.
Amendment to Schedule 2. 01. Upon the effectiveness of this Amendment, Schedule 2.01 to the Credit Agreement shall be amended in the form of new Schedule 2.01 attached hereto as Exhibit B to reflect the allocations of the Lenders as of the Term B1 Facility Effective Date (as defined below).
Amendment to Schedule 2. 01 of the Agreement. Schedule 2.01 to the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and replacing it with Schedule 2.01 attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 2. 01. After giving effect to the increase in Commitments hereunder, the Commitment of each Lender shall be as set forth on Schedule 2 hereto (and such Schedule 2 shall supersede Schedule 2.01 of the Credit Agreement that is in effect immediately prior to this Amendment.
Amendment to Schedule 2. 1(o). Schedule 2.1(o) to the Agreement is hereby amended to add the Domain Name and related information set forth on Schedule 2.1(o) attached hereto.
