Amendment to Exhibits and Schedules. (a) Exhibits A, E and F. Exhibits A, E and F to the Existing Credit Agreement are hereby amended in their entirety and replaced with the documents attached hereto as Exhibits A, E and F to Annex II. (b) Exhibit I. Exhibit I is hereby added to the Existing Credit Agreement in the form of the document attached hereto as Exhibit I to Annex II. (c) Schedule 2.01. Schedule 2.01 to the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety and replaced with the document attached hereto as Schedule 2.01 to Annex II. §4.
Amendment to Exhibits and Schedules. Those certain Exhibits and Schedules attached as Exhibit B to this Amendment shall replace the corresponding Exhibits and Schedules to the Credit Agreement. All other Exhibits and Schedules to the Credit Agreement shall not be modified or otherwise affected.

Amendment to Exhibits and Schedules. Exhibit A and Schedules 1.1, 3.05(c)(i), 3.05(c)(ii), 3.06, 3.09, 3.12, 3.13, 6.01, 6.02, 6.04 and 6.07 to the Credit Agreement are replaced as of the Effective Date of the Xxx Related Amendments with a new Exhibit A and new Schedules in the form annexed hereto.
Amendment to Exhibits and Schedules. Exhibit IV to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding Exhibit IV-A hereto as Exhibit IV-A thereto. Schedule 2.1 to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and inserting Schedule 2.1 hereto in lieu thereof.
Amendment to Exhibits and Schedules. The Buyer agrees that Seller shall have the continuing right until the Closing Date to add, supplement or amend the exhibits and schedules to this Agreement.
