Alternate Designee. Grantee may, at its discretion, remove and replace the Commission as its designee to administer, manage, and enforce this Restriction, provided that any new designee is qualified as such under the Act and other applicable law.

Alternate Designee. Grantee may, at its discretion, remove and replace the Commission as its designee to administer, manage, and enforce this Restriction, provided that any new designee is qualified as such under the Act and other applicable law. In the event Grantee does so remove, the Grantee shall provide notice of same to the Grantor and shall forthwith provide the Grantor with the name, address and further contact information of the designee.
