AIRCRAFT INSPECTION. 23.5.1 During the maintenance checks performed immediately prior to the proposed redelivery and at the actual return of the Aircraft, LESSOR and/or its representatives will have an opportunity to conduct a full systems functional and operational inspection of the Aircraft (and other types of reasonable inspections based upon the Aircraft type, age, use and other known factors with respect to the Aircraft) and a full inspection of the Aircraft Documentation (including records and manuals), all to LESSOR's satisfaction. The inspection will occur during the Return Check when the panels, bays or the like are open and certain Parts are disassembled. LESSOR may inspect such opened panels, bays or the like and the disassembled Parts so long as LESSOR does not disrupt the Return Check or cause such Return Check to be extended beyond the anticipated completion date of such Return Check. Any deficiencies from the Aircraft return condition requirements set forth in this Article 23 will be corrected by LESSEE at its cost prior to the acceptance flight described in Article 23.5.2.

AIRCRAFT INSPECTION. (a) During the maintenance checks performed prior to Delivery, LESSEE and/or its representatives will have an opportunity to conduct a full systems functional and operational inspection of the Aircraft (and other types of reasonable inspections based upon the Aircraft type, age, use and other known factors with respect to the Aircraft) and a full inspection of the Aircraft Documentation (including records and manuals), all to LESSEE's satisfaction. Any deficiencies from the delivery condition requirements set forth in this Exhibit B will be corrected by LESSOR at its cost prior to Delivery.
AIRCRAFT INSPECTION. BUYER shall inspect the Aircraft promptly after receipt of notice that it is ready for delivery, including an acceptance flight if desired. If BUYER finds the Aircraft reasonably acceptable on this inspection or on any re-inspection, BUYER shall promptly pay the Balance Due on Delivery and take title to the Aircraft as contemplated hereby. If BUYER declines to accept the Aircraft, BUYER shall immediately give SELLER notice of the specific reasons for such refusal in writing. BUYER shall promptly re-inspect the Aircraft after receipt of notice from SELLER that all defects have been corrected. Following this re-inspection, BUYER shall pay the Balance Due on Delivery or give its notice of reasons for refusal as provided above.
AIRCRAFT INSPECTION. 6.1.1 The manufacture of the Aircraft by the Seller and all materials and parts obtained by it therefor shall at all reasonable times during business hours be open to inspection by duly authorized representatives of the Buyer at the Members’ works and if possible at the facilities of Seller’s sub-contractors. The representatives shall in order to carry out the aforesaid inspection have access to such relevant technical data as is reasonably necessary for this purpose (except that if access to any part of the works where construction is in progress or materials or parts are stored is restricted for security reasons, the Seller shall be allowed a reasonable time to make the items available for inspection elsewhere). The actual detailed inspection of the Aircraft, materials and parts thereof shall only take place in the presence of the respective inspection department personnel of the Seller. This inspection shall be made according to a procedure [*] All inspections, examinations and discussions with the Seller and other personnel by the Buyer and its said representatives shall be performed in such manner as not unduly to delay or hinder the manufacture or assembly of the Aircraft or the proper performance of this Agreement by the Seller or its sub-contractors or any other work in progress in the respective works.
AIRCRAFT INSPECTION. During normal business hours, Owner shall have the right to enter the premises where the Aircraft may be located for the purpose of inspecting and examining the Aircraft and the condition, use, and operation of the Aircraft to ensure compliance by Manager with its obligations hereunder; provided, however that Owner shall coordinate the date and time of its inspection with the Manager and, provided, further, that Owner shall have no duty under this Agreement to inspect and shall not incur any liability or obligation by reason of not making any such inspection.
AIRCRAFT INSPECTION. Purchaser shall have completed an inspection of the Aircraft and the Aircraft records satisfactory to the Purchaser.

AIRCRAFT INSPECTION. The Permitted Lease will oblige the Lessee immediately prior to the proposed redelivery of the Aircraft, to carry out for the relevant Export Lessee and/or the relevant Export Lessee's representatives a demonstration flight of the Aircraft for a period of not greater than two (2) hours.
AIRCRAFT INSPECTION. 24.5.1 During the maintenance checks performed immediately prior to the proposed redelivery ("Final Check") and at the actual return of the Aircraft, LESSOR and/or its representatives will have an opportunity to conduct a full systems functional and operational inspection of the Aircraft (and other types of reasonable inspections based upon the Aircraft type, age, use and other known factors with respect to the Aircraft; provided that LESSOR's access for inspection shall be limited to those areas of the Aircraft that are exposed on the Aircraft during the course of performance of the Final Check and without opening or removing panels, compartments or bays unless (a) such opening or removal is specified as part of the Final Check or (b) LESSOR has reasonable visual grounds to suspect corrosion and a full inspection of the Aircraft Documentation (including records and manuals), all to LESSOR's reasonable satisfaction. Any deficiencies from the Aircraft return condition requirements set forth in this Article 23 will be corrected by LESSEE at its cost prior to the acceptance flight described in Article 23.5.2.
