Agreement to Amend. Pursuant to Section 10 of the Note, the Company and SDS hereby agree to amend the Note as provided herein.
Agreement to Amend. Upon the terms and conditions of this Supplement and the Purchase Agreement, Grantor and Grantee agree to amend and supplement the Original Conveyance by executing and delivering the Current Conveyance Supplement.
Agreement to Amend. Pursuant to Section 17 of the Stockholders Agreement, the Company, Nortel and Signal hereby agree to amend the Stockholders Agreement as provided herein.
Agreement to Amend. (i) In the event a restructuring of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is effected, such that the equity securities of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries would be converted and reclassified or exchanged for any equity securities, other than Ordinary Shares (“Other Equity Securities”), then the parties hereto agree that Ordinary Shares shall include such Other Equity Securities and shall amend this Agreement as necessary to apply to such Other Equity Securities.
Agreement to Amend. 18.1 The Parties agree to amend the terms of this Agreement once the CFO’s US work permit (visa) has been obtained in order to incorporate the CFO’s provision of services for the parent company, Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. also.
Agreement to Amend. Provided each of those "Conditions to Amendment" set forth in Section 2, below, is satisfied on or before September 13, 1996, the Loan Agreement shall be amended, as set forth below, such amendment to take effect as of August 16, 1996.
Agreement to Amend. 9.01 It is agreed by the parties to this Agreement that any provision in this Agreement may be amended by mutual consent of Government and the Newfoundland and Labrador Medical Association during the term of the Agreement.
Agreement to Amend. Pursuant to Article 6.1 of the Arrangement Agreement, the Parties hereby agree to amend certain provisions of the Arrangement Agreement and Plan of Arrangement as specified herein. The remainder of the Arrangement Agreement and Plan of Arrangement shall remain in full force and effect.
Agreement to Amend. 2.1 In consideration of GSK’s agreement to be bound by Section 6 of this Amendment Xx. 0, Xxxxxx agrees to amend the Agreement as set forth in this Amendment No. 2 with effect from the Amendment Effective Date.
Agreement to Amend. Each of the parties to this Deed consents to the amendment and restatement of the documents referred to in Clause 4 (Amendment) in the manner set out in such Clause 4 (Amendment).
