AGREEMENT PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE. The Client shall pay to the Contractor the cost of services provided hereunder in accordance with the Contractor's tariffs specified in Schedule No. 2 ("Express Delivery" Tariffs), on the basis of a set of documents presented for payment (the invoice, VAT invoice with the VAT amount specified, the Services Completion Certificate). The Contractor shall provide the said set of documents to the Client within five (5) working days after the date of provision of the service. Invoices for Contractor's services shall be paid by transfer of funds to the Contractor's checking account specified in Section 8 hereof or by paying in cash at the Contractor's pay office. The invoices shall be paid within five (5) banking days after the date of their receipt by the Client.

  • Billing and Payment Procedures All invoices must be submitted electronically via email in PDF format to xxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx. Each email may only contain one invoice and must include Provider’s name and the CPS Purchase Order number. The Board reserves the right to request additional information and supporting documentation necessary for the Board to verify the Services and Products provided under this Agreement.

  • Purchase Price and Payment Date Each Asset purchased by the Receiver pursuant to this Section 3.4 shall be purchased at a price equal to the Repurchase Price of such Asset less the Related Liability Amount applicable to such Asset, in each case determined as of the applicable Put Date. If the difference between such Repurchase Price and such Related Liability Amount is positive, then the Receiver shall pay to the Assuming Institution the amount of such difference; if the difference between such amounts is negative, then the Assuming Institution shall pay to the Receiver the amount of such difference. The Lead Securitization Note Holder (or the Master Servicer acting on its behalf) shall (i) deposit such amounts to the applicable account within two (2) Business Days after receipt of properly identified and available funds by the Lead Securitization Note Holder (or the Master Servicer acting on its behalf) from or on behalf of the Mortgage Loan Borrower and (ii) remit from the applicable account (A) prior to the Securitization Date, within two Business Days of receipt of properly identified funds (unless otherwise specified pursuant to an interim servicing agreement) and (B) on or after the Securitization Date, (1) with respect to the Lead Securitization Note, the remittance date under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement for the Lead Securitization Note and (2) with respect to the Non-Lead Securitization Note, (x) prior to the Non-Lead Securitization, the remittance date under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement for the Lead Securitization Note and (y) on or after the Non-Lead Securitization, the earlier of the remittance date under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement and the business day immediately succeeding the “determination date” set forth in the Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement for the Non-Lead Securitization Note, all payments received and allocable pursuant to this Agreement and the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement with respect to the Non-Lead Securitization Note (net of amounts payable or reimbursable from such account) by wire transfer to accounts maintained by the applicable Note Holder.
