Affidavits. If Contractor does not have employees, Contractor shall sign the "No Employee Affidavit" attached hereto. If Contractor wishes to verify the lawful presence of newly hired employees who perform work under the Agreement via the Department Program, Contractor shall sign the "Department Program Affidavit" attached hereto.

Upon the execution of this Agreement and if requested by County, Contractor shall submit a sworn affidavit from each officer, employee, or agent of Contractor who has been in contact or communicated with any officer, agent or employee of County during the past calendar year concerning the provision of these goods and services. Affidavits. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that any affidavit or certification or acknowledgment made under oath in connection with this Contract is made under penalty of perjury and, if false, is also cause for termination.

If the Purchaser’s Title Commitment discloses judgments, bankruptcies or other returns against other persons having names the same as or similar to that of Seller, Seller, on request, shall deliver to the Title Company affidavits showing that such judgments, bankruptcies or other returns are not against Seller.
