Adjustable Rate Certificates. The Class A Certificates, the Class M-1 Certificates, the Class M-2A Certificates, the Class M-3 Certificates, the Class M-4 Certificates and the Class M-5 Certificates. Affiliate: With respect to any Person, any other Person controlling, controlled by or under common control with such Person. For purposes of this definition, “control” means the power to direct the management and policies of a Person, directly or indirectly, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise and “controlling” and “controlled” shall have meanings correlative to the foregoing.
