Additional Spaces. Additional Spaces. If during the Term Tenant increases the space leased by it in the Building in excess of two hundred sixty-four thousand (264,000) square feet of Rentable Area, Tenant shall be entitled to lease two additional assigned location parking spaces in the Garage for each additional seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet of Rentable Area leased by Tenant. Any such lease of additional spaces shall be upon the same terms and conditions as are set forth in Paragraph 31.A.
Additional Spaces. Tenant has vacated the Temporary Space and the Second Temporary Space on or before the Move-Out Date, as required by the Amendments.

Additional Spaces. The term for the Additional Spaces shall commence as provided for in Section 2 hereof and shall continue until such time as Lessee terminates its rights to an Additional Space, which it may do for any or all of the Additional Spaces upon thirty (30) days prior written notice.
Additional Spaces a. In addition to the Concessionaire's allocated number of Spaces, the State may rent additional Spaces to the Concessionaire if Spaces become available during this Agreement. Additional Spaces will be rented to the Concessionaire for a maximum term of one Agreement Year. The Concessionaire will pay the then-current fee for the additional Spaces. The State will allocate available Spaces on a reasonable basis if other In-Terminal Rental-Car Concessionaires also request additional Spaces and the State cannot accommodate all requests.
