Additional Fees The Borrower has agreed to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger additional fees, the amount and dates of payment of which are embodied in the Fee Letter.
Additional Fee on Late Payments For any payments thirty (30) calendar days or more overdue under this Agreement, Registry Operator shall pay an additional fee on late payments at the rate of 1.5% per month or, if less, the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
Additional Expenses The Underwriter will pay all expenses (e.g., shipping, postage and courier costs) associated with the delivery of the Prospectus to prospective investors and investors, other than the costs of delivery to the Underwriter's facilities, provided, that if courier services (other than overnight delivery services utilized in the ordinary course of business) are required to ensure that the Prospectus is delivered to investors on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the Company will pay such courier expenses. Right to Legal Fees If we have a legal dispute with you, the losing party will pay the costs of the winning party, including reasonable legal fees.

Reimbursement of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs The Parties acknowledge that Xxxxxxx and his counsel offered to resolve this dispute without reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them, thereby leaving the issue to be resolved after the material terms of the agreement had been settled.
Legal Fees and Costs In the event a party elects to incur legal expenses to enforce or interpret any provision of this Agreement by judicial proceedings, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover such legal expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and necessary disbursements at all court levels, in addition to any other relief to which such party shall be entitled.
