Additional Information from Seller. Seller has provided Buyer with such Additional Information (as hereinafter defined) as Buyer determined to be necessary to complete its investigation of the Property, and Seller has, and caused its agents, employees and consultants to, respond to questions posed by Buyer with respect to the Property. As used herein, the term "Additional Information" shall mean and refer to information in the possession and/or control of Seller concerning (i) the Property and (ii) material changes in information and documents previously provided to Buyer by Seller.

Additional Information from Seller. During the Feasibility Review Period, Seller shall provide Buyer with such Additional Information (as hereinafter defined) as Buyer reasonably may determine to be necessary to complete its investigation of the Property, and Seller shall, and shall cause its agents, employees and consultants to, respond to questions posed by Buyer with respect to the Property.   • Information from Holder It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Section 1 with respect to the Registrable Securities of any selling Holder that such Holder shall furnish to the Company such information regarding itself, the Registrable Securities held by it, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall be reasonably required to effect the registration of such Holder’s Registrable Securities.

  • Statement of Additional Information We shall provide you with a copy of the Trust’s current statement of additional information, including any amendments or supplements to it (“SAI), in a form suitable for reproduction , but we will not pay Printing Expenses or other expenses with respect to the SAI.

  • Employer Information The Employer shall supply full and timely information to the Administrator on all matters relating to the Executive’s compensation, death, Disability or Separation from Service, and such other information as the Administrator reasonably requires.

  • Resignation from Positions Upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive shall, as may be requested by the Company, resign from any position he then holds as an officer, director or fiduciary of the Company or any Company-related entity. In furtherance of the foregoing, the Executive shall execute and deliver to the Company any letters, documents and other instruments necessary or appropriate to effect such resignation.
