Acquaint New Employees. The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that the Union agreement is in effect, and with the conditions of employment set out in the articles dealing with Union security and dues check-off.

Acquaint New Employees. The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a collective agreement is in effect, and with the conditions of employment set out in the articles dealing with Union Security and Check-off of Union Dues. The Employer agrees to provide the name, phone number and email address of the union xxxxxxx in the letter of hire. The employee's immediate supervisor will introduce them to their xxxxxxx.
Acquaint New Employees a) The Employer shall provide new employees with copies of this collective agreement and shall acquaint new employees with the conditions of employment set out in articles 6 and 7 of this agreement.
Acquaint New Employees. A new employee shall be advised of the name and location of the union xxxxxxx(s). The Employer will provide an opportunity for the new probationary employee and the union xxxxxxx to meet within regular working hours for a period not to exceed 15 minutes, without loss of pay, only once during the first calendar month.

A new employee shall be advised of the name and location of xxxxxxx. When- ever the xxxxxxx is employed the same work area as the new employee, the employee's immediate supervisor introduce to xxxxxxx, who will provide the employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement. The Employer that a Union xxxxxxx will be given an opportunity to interview each new employee regular working hours, without loss of pay, for fifteen minutes sometime during the first thirty (30) days of employment for the purpose acquainting the new employee with the benefits and duties of Union membership and the responsibilities and obligations to the Employer and the Union.
Acquaint New Employees. The Employer will advise new employees of the existence of the Union, provide a copy of the Collective Agreement and a letter prepared by the Union. The Employer agrees to inform the Union, in letter form of all hirings of new employees, within ten (10) days. The employer will provide to new hires the Union information package and make every effort to introduce new hires to the Union Executive or Union Xxxxxxx. The Union will be given the opportunity to attend new hire orientation and provide information to the employee to acquaint them with the structure, benefits, and duties of Union membership.
Acquaint New Employees. The Employer agrees that on commencement of employment an elected Union designate (i.e. Shop Xxxxxxx) will provide the new employee(s) a fifteen (15) minute orientation on the roles of the Collective Agreement.
Acquaint New Employees. The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a collective agreement is in effect and to explain Dues Check Off. The President of the Local or designate shall be permitted to meet with all new employees for 30 minutes during orientation. Such meeting will be for introductions and explanation of the Local.
