Accessing Your Information. Upon request, Artsonia will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Personal Information, and if you are user of the Service, you may request access to all of your Personal Information controlled by Artsonia by contacting us as described in the Contacting Artsonia section below. In some cases, we won't be able to guarantee complete access due to legal restrictions - for example, you will not be allowed to access files that contain information about other users or information that is confidential to us.

Accessing Your Information. The Privacy Policy outlines how you may seek access to personal information held about the Student and the Parents, and request correction to that information if required. In addition, you must furnish a new Form W-9 if the name or TIN changes for the account, for example, if the grantor of a grantor trust dies. Penalties Failure to furnish TIN. If you fail to furnish your correct TIN to a requester, you are subject to a penalty of $50 for each such failure unless your failure is due to reasonable cause and not to willful neglect. Civil penalty for false information with respect to withholding. If you make a false statement with no reasonable basis that results in no backup withholding, you are subject to a $500 penalty.
