Access to Tax Information. If you elect to use Automatic Importing of Tax Information, you will be using the financial institution’s data systems to transfer your Tax Information into the Software. As a result, by requesting such automatic transfer of your Tax Information, you consent to H&R Block accessing, transmitting, and storing your Tax Information.

Access to Tax Information. At the request of LA WIC and/or its Designees, Authorized WIC Vendor agrees to make available all tax information including but not limited to federal, state, and local tax information as well as any supporting documentation. The Authorized WIC Vendor also agrees to sign appropriate releases for LA WIC’s access to the same.
Access to Tax Information. After the Closing Date and for a period of five years thereafter, the Buyer will, and will cause the Company to, consult in good faith and cooperate fully with the Seller and the Seller’s accountants and other Representatives regarding Tax matters related to the period preceding the Closing and will cause the Company to make available to the Seller and any Governmental Authority, as may be reasonably requested by the Seller, all information, records, and documents relating to Tax liabilities or potential Tax liabilities of the Seller for the period preceding the Closing.
Access to Tax Information. City agrees to expedite its response to requests for audit assignment and to perform all acts reasonable and necessary to compel cooperation by the taxpayer(s) in regard to audits of other local taxes. Once authorized, City agrees that Contractor shall have full authority and power, to contact taxpayers for the purpose of auditing all relevant records and documentation. Such authority and power shall be supported by City and shall not be withdrawn until each case has been concluded or until either party terminates this contract or all funds encumbered by the City for this contract have been spent. City acknowledges that Contractor performs its services for a number of other taxing jurisdictions, and that Contractor will be obtaining information from taxpayers in connection with simultaneous audits for more than one taxing jurisdiction.
Access to Tax Information. The Sellers and the Company shall provide the Buyer with complete and correct copies of all federal, state, local and foreign Tax Returns of the Company filed prior to the Closing Date. After the Closing, the Sellers shall consult in good faith and cooperate fully with the Buyer and shall make available to the Buyer, as may be reasonably requested, and to any taxing authority, as may be reasonably requested by the Buyer, all information, records or documents relating to tax liabilities or potential tax liabilities of the Company.

  • Access to Tax Records The Companies and their respective Affiliates shall make available to each other for inspection and copying during normal business hours upon reasonable notice all Tax Records in their possession to the extent reasonably required by the other Company in connection with the preparation of Tax Returns, audits, litigation, or the resolution of items under this Agreement.

  • Furnishing Information (i) Neither the Investor nor any Holder shall use any free writing prospectus (as defined in Rule 405) in connection with the sale of Registrable Securities without the prior written consent of the Company.

  • Tax Reporting Information The Grantee is required to report any foreign specified property (including Shares acquired under the Plan) to the Canada Revenue Agency on Form T1135 (Foreign Income Verification Statement) if the total cost of the Grantee’s foreign specified property exceeds C$100,000 at any time in the year. The form must be filed by April 30th of the following year. Foreign specified property also includes unvested Restricted Stock Units (generally at nil cost) if the C$100,000 cost threshold is exceeded because of other foreign specified property. The Grantee should consult with his or her personal tax advisor to determine his or her reporting requirements.

  • Tax Returns; Information The Managing Member shall arrange for the preparation and timely filing of all income and other tax and informational returns of the Company. The Managing Member shall furnish to each Member a copy of each approved return and statement, together with any schedules (including Schedule K-1) or other information that a Member may require in connection with such Member’s own tax affairs as soon as practicable (but in no event more than 75 days after the end of each Fiscal Year). The Members agree to (a) take all actions reasonably requested by the Company or the Company Representative to comply with the Partnership Tax Audit Rules, including where applicable, filing amended returns as provided in Sections 6225 or 6226 of the Code and providing confirmation thereof to the Company Representative and (b) furnish to the Company (i) all reasonably requested certificates or statements relating to the tax matters of the Company (including without limitation an affidavit of non-foreign status pursuant to Section 1446(f)(2) of the Code), and (ii) all pertinent information in its possession relating to the Company’s operations that is reasonably necessary to enable the Company’s tax returns to be prepared and timely filed.
