Acceptance of Service of Process. (i) In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Developer against the City, service of process on the City shall be made by personal service upon the City Clerk or in such other manner as may be provided by law.
Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced by Developer against Agency, service of process on Agency shall be made by personal service upon the Executive Director or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by Agency against Developer, service of process on Developer shall be made in such manner as may be provided by law.
Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced by Developer against City, service of process on City shall be made by personal service upon the City Clerk of City or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by City against Developer, service of process on Developer shall be made by personal service upon any person at the location identified as the address for delivery of tax notices for the 220 Park Property as such address may change from time to time or in such other manner as may be provided by law.
Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced against the City, service of process on the City shall be made by personal service upon the City Manager or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced against the Participant, service of process on the Participant shall be made in such manner as may be provided by law and shall be effective whether served inside or outside of California.
Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Developer against the Agency, service of process on the Agency shall be made by personal service upon the Agency’s Director or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Agency against the Developer, service of process on the Developer shall be made in the manner required by law or, in the alternative, by personal service upon any officer of the Developer so long as a copy of such service is delivered in accordance with Section 601 of this Agreement, and said service shall be effective whether made within or outside the State of California.
Acceptance of Service of Process. (a) In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Developer against the County, service of process on the County shall be made by personal service upon the County Clerk or in such other manner as may be provided by law.
Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the SUBRECIPIENT against CITY, service of process on CITY shall be made by personal service upon the Executive Director or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by CITY against the SUBRECIPIENT, service of process on the SUBRECIPIENT shall be made by personal service upon SUBRECIPIENT’s Representative or in such other manner as may be provided by law.
Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Redeveloper against the Agency, service of process on the Agency shall be made by personal service upon the Executive Director of the Agency or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Agency against the Redeveloper, service of process on the Redeveloper shall be made by personal service upon the Redeveloper or in such other manner as may be provided by law and shall be valid whether made within or without the State of California.
Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Participant against the Agency, service of process on the Agency shall be made by personal service upon the Agency Executive Director or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Agency against the Participant, service of process on the Participant shall be made by personal service upon the manager of Participant, whether made within or outside the State of California, or in such other manner as may be provided by law.
Acceptance of Service of Process. The Board of Directors, by resolution, shall designate a specific location at which it will receive notices, correspondence, and other communications, and shall designate one of its members as an officer for the purpose of receiving service on behalf of the Board of Directors. In the event that any legal action is commenced against the JPA, service of process on the JPA shall be made by personal service upon the Executive Director or President of the JPA, or in such other manner as may be provided by law.
