About Your Card. Your Card is a prepaid card, which allows you to access funds loaded to your Card account. You should treat your Card with the same care as you would treat cash. We encourage you to sign your Card when you receive it. This Card is intended for personal, family, or household use and not intended for business purposes. Your Card account does not constitute a checking or savings account and is not connected in any way to any other account you may have. The Card is not a gift card, nor is it intended to be used for gifting purposes. The Card is not a credit card. You will not receive any interest on the funds in your Card account. We may close your Card or refuse to process any transaction that we believe may violate the terms of this Agreement or represents illegal or fraudulent activity. You are responsible for notifying us immediately upon any change to your address, phone number, or email address. If your address changes to a non-US address, we may cancel your Card and return funds to you in accordance with this Agreement.

About Your Card. The Cards are issued by Issuer in connection with a loyalty, award, or promotional program sponsored by Issuer’s client company (the “Sponsor Company”) that is provided to you as a physical card. The terms and conditions of any such loyalty, award, or promotional program are determined by the Sponsor Company and not by Issuer. Issuer has no responsibility for the loyalty, award, or promotional programs, and you hereby knowingly release Issuer and its affiliates and related entities from any and all liability or claims of any nature whatsoever arising in connection with the loyalty, award, or promotional program with respect to any Card that is issued to you in connection with such program.
About Your Card. 9.1 When you receive your Card it will be inactive (see clause 10 of these Terms and Conditions for how to activate your Card). Once your Card has been activated it will be linked to your Finance Now Card Facility. Further information about your Finance Now Card Facility (including interest rates and fees) is contained in the Disclosure Statement.

What this means for you: When you open your Account or Premier Account, we will ask for your name, physical address, date of birth, Social Security Number, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see a copy of your driver’s license or other identifying documents at any time. We may limit your ability to use your Account or Premier Account or certain features until we have been able to successfully verify your identity. The Card will remain the property of MetaBank and must be surrendered upon demand. The Card is nontransferable, and it may be cancelled, repossessed, or revoked at any time without prior notice subject to applicable law. If your Account or Premier Account is still active (loads, spending or money movement) within sixty (60) days of the expiration of your Card, you will automatically receive a replacement Card. If your Account or Premier Account is not active at the time of expiration your Account or Premier Account will remain open and the funds will be accessible by Money Network Check and subject to fees, and you may contact Customer Service to obtain a replacement Card. About Your Card. The Cards are closed-loop gift cards. The Cards are not debit or credit cards. Cards may be purchased at a Xxxxxxx location that is owned and operated by Xxxxxxx, at a participating restaurant or third party distributor approved by Xxxxxxx, or online at the following sites: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/responsive/landing_responsive/landing/brinker_resp; xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/responsive/landing_responsive/landing/chilis_resp/1; xxxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/responsive/landing_responsive/landing/maggianos_resp; xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx/. Such obligation is owed exclusively to Card Company. Cards issued by Card Company may also be sold by third-party distributors. Card Company and Xxxxxxx shall not be liable to you with respect to Cards sold by third-party distributors. You hereby knowingly release Card Company and Xxxxxxx from all liability related to Franchisee-issued Cards, and you hereby knowingly release the Franchisees from all liability related to Card Company- issued Cards. Regardless of whether your Card was issued by Card Company or a Franchisee, this Agreement applies to the Card. Any information shared as a result of online purchases of Cards will be subject to Xxxxxxx’x Privacy Policy.
About Your Card. The Card is a prepaid Card loaded with a specific amount of funds, redeemable to buy goods and services anywhere Debit Mastercard is accepted. No additional funds may be added to this Card. The Card is NOT a credit card. The Card is not a checking account or connected in any way to any account other than a stored value account where your funds are held.

About Your Card. Gift Cards may be purchased and loaded with CAD$ denominations at XxxxXxx.xxx. Once purchased, the Gift Card will be sent to you by email at the email address you provided. Gift Cards can only be used to purchase home cleaning services at participating MaidPro franchise locations servicing the geographic territory where the residence is located that the recipient identifies when redeeming the Gift Card, and in the original currency in which the Gift Card was purchased. The Gift Card may not be used to purchase other Gift Cards and is not redeemable for cash or credit except as required by law. The Gift Card balance may be redeemed at any time and does not expire. MaidPro does not charge any fees in connection with the use of the Gift Card. The Card is not a credit or debit card, and no credit card, overdraft protection, deposit account, or depository insurance is associated with it. Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash unless required by law. You may not return or cancel your Gift Card after it is received.

  • Using Your Card You understand that the use of your credit card or credit card account will constitute acknowledgement of receipt and agreement to the terms of the Credit Card Agreement and Credit Card Account Opening Disclosure (Disclosure). You may use your card to make purchases from merchants and others who accept your card. The credit union is not responsible for the refusal of any merchant or financial institution to honor your card. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. In addition, you may obtain cash advances from the Credit Union, from other financial institutions that accept your card, and from some automated teller machines (ATMs). (Not all ATMs accept your card.) If the credit union authorizes ATM transactions with your card, it will issue you a personal identification number (PIN). To obtain cash advances from an ATM, you must use the PIN issued to you for use with your card. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Even if you use your card for an illegal transaction, you will be responsible for all amounts and charges incurred in connection with the transaction. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, you may also use your card to purchase instruments and engage in transactions that we consider the equivalent of cash. Such transactions will be posted to your account as cash advances and include, but are not limited to, wire transfers, money orders, bets, lottery tickets, and casino gaming chips, as applicable. This paragraph shall not be interpreted as permitting or authorizing any transaction that is illegal.

  • PAYING YOUR BILL 10.1 What you have to pay You must pay to us the amount shown on each bill by the date for payment (the pay-by date) on the bill. The pay-by date will be no earlier than 13 business days from the date on which we issue your bill.
