Abandonment of Work by the Agency a) The Agency shall have the right to stop construction of the Works at any time; in this event the Contractor shall be informed, as provided for in Article 19, and final quantities, as defined in Article 11, shall be assessed by the parties not later than twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the date of the order to stop work. The Contractor shall not deliver any materials to the Works after receipt of the Agency’s notice to discontinue or abandon the Works.

  • Assignment of Work (a) The parties agree that it is essential to ensure that all employees be advised of their job expectations, duties and responsibilities.
